Owned and operated by Dr. William Turlington and his wife, Angel Turlington, RN, NP, they began providing skin care services to clients in Clayton, NC in November 2009 and to Smithfield clients in 2006. Angel provides cosmetic procedures, and she is also a licensed nurse practitioner and sees patients for women’s health care appointments at Southeast Women’s Center.
Angel specializes in injectables and has advance certifications in both neurotoxins (like Botox®) and fillers (likeRestylane® andJuvederm®). As a practitioner, she will listen to your concerns and make suggestions that will result in a more natural, youthful appearance. She will provide a free consultation during which time she will customize a plan that addresses your concerns and satisfies your goals. She can make recommendations to address specific concerns with existing wrinkles, cellulite, loose skin, spider veins, age spots, and put a regime in place to avoid further damage to your sign and the resulting visible signs of aging.
Southeast Med-Spa also employees a certified Esthetician and certified Aesthetic Consultant and Laser Technician. We only provide clinically proven aesthetic procedures and devices.
Laser Hair Removal using the Light Sheer Diode is our most popular laser service.
