Southeast Aesthetic + Wellness, formally known as Southeast Medspa is a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Owned and operated by Angel Turlington, RN, NP. Southeast began providing skin care services to clients in Smithfield, NC in 2006 and then to Clayton, NC in November 2009.
Angel specializes in injectables and has advance certifications in both neurotoxins (like Botox®) and fillers (like Restylane® and Juvederm®). As a practitioner, she will listen to your concerns and make suggestions that will result in a more natural, youthful appearance. She will provide a free consultation during which time she will customize a plan that addresses your concerns and satisfies your goals. She can make recommendations to address specific concerns with existing wrinkles, cellulite, loose skin, spider veins, age spots, and put a regime in place to avoid further damage to your sign and the resulting visible signs of aging.
Southeast Med-Spa also employees certified Aestheticians and certified Aesthetic Consultant and Laser Technicians. We only provide clinically proven aesthetic procedures and devices. Our newest spa treatments include cellulite reduction (body contouring) and skin tightening for the face and neck. And in everything we do, we emphasize healthy skin care habits and dispense an array of prescription products to combat and prevent visible signs of aging. We can give you professional advice and guidance with your care regime.

ANGEL S. TURLINGTON, WHNP
Angel has been a Registered Nurse in women’s healthcare since 1996. Angel is a graduate of East Carolina School of Nursing and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She continued her post-graduate training earning her certificate as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP). Angel is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging as well as the International Association of providers in Aesthetic Medicine. She holds a national accreditation as an Aesthetic Nurse (CANS) and is trained as a Master Injector. She is nationally certified as an Aesthetic Laser Operator. Holds certificates with Alma Lasers, Viora and Vanquish Body Contouring, Vivive and Sciton. She also is one of an elite few that offers nonsurgical injectable therapy to treat cellulite, skin laxity on the knees, arms, and neck. She has trained with The Injectability Institute in Los Angeles in the enhanced use of Sculptra for the non-surgical “Butt lift.”
Most recently Angel has added an International Aesthetic Multispecialty Society Membership, Functional Medicine Mastery Course Certificate of Achievement, and an Advanced Regenerative Dermal Filler Course Certificate of Completion, all to her list of accomplishments.
Angel’s special interest is to assist men and women to maintain a youthful appearance without looking as if they have undergone any cosmetic enhancement. An artful eye with a true understanding of individual needs are her passion. Angel promotes health, nutrition and wellness to her clients with a focus on preventative as well as corrective skin care and other treatments. Her most recent addition to her specialties is the Vivive procedure to treat stress urinary incontinence as well as vaginal dryness and tone. She also is using a clients on natural platelets in a substance called PRP that can be injected into the vaginal region to improve stress urinary incontinence and/or to improve sexual experience including orgasm.
