Dear Southeast MedSpa Family,


I am writing this to announce our reduced hours for this fall.  Effective Sept 1, 2020, we will be open 3 days per week, which will include 2 Saturdays per month, when no other medical practices are open in the building!  The hours of operation will be on a rotating schedule that can be found on google as well as our website.

I believe most all of us have been touched by the challenges of this global pandemic, both professional and personal.  We, at Southeast Med-Spa, are grateful for the loving support all of our clients have provided to us, as well as the understanding of delays as we navigate the safety requirements imposed to “reduce the curve” while allowing us all to serve you and come back to our jobs that support our families. 

The reality is that there continues to be a constant “balance” necessary in our personal lives as women and mothers.  Our passion brings us to Southeast every day to provide services in a safe environment for everyone, while our obligations now require many of us to also be home for our families. 

After considering the questionable return of students to school, as well as the prediction of increased viral spread as flu season approaches, I believe it is important for all of us to personally protect ourselves as we choose.  This year we will not just fight the spread of Covid-19, but also influenza as well other typical non-life-threatening viruses that always increase during the fall and winter.  As you are aware, the symptoms of these illness’ are hard to distinguish in the early days, so I can assure you that if any of us, or anyone in our household has ANY COLD or FLU symptoms we will not come to work and would like to request that you call us to reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your home is ill.

Each client of our Medical Spa is important to us.  We ALL hope that this crisis is over soon.  All Southeast Staff is going to do their very best to be available to everyone who needs an appointment in the next 90 days.  We are currently working on easy access for curbside pick-up, personal “at home programs” as well as online booking and virtual consultations and follow ups.  We have reduced staff with no waiting so that you can quickly come in and out of our private office where we will continue to require masks for staff and clients. 

We still plan to celebrate and encourage each of you as 2020 ends, despite the challenges for all.  Please be patient with our staff during this transition as we too are going to be learning, and please be aware that you are welcome email me urgent issues at my email:

We have become one of the most qualified and successful businesses in this industry by striving for our own excellence while never losing sight of our customer’s needs.  It is my hope that each of you respects that although this decision wasn’t an easy one to accept, it was simple to choose what is right for everyone in our Southeast Family which of course includes all of you.  God Bless you all and let’s stay in this fight together with the hope of opportunity and prosperity ahead.  Thank you for your business and your ongoing loyalty.  Each one of you is a VIP and we will get through this looking as good as we all can!
